Jejich v\u00fdroba je pom\u011brn\u011b jednoduch\u00e1. P\u0159id\u00e1me 30 g kyseliny citronov\u00e9 a dva nakr\u00e1jen\u00e9 citrony na pl\u00e1tky s\u00a0k\u016frou. Nech\u00e1me 24 hodin louhovat, potom bylinky vyma\u010dk\u00e1me a p\u0159eced\u00edme p\u0159es pl\u00e1t\u00fdnko.P\u0159id\u00e1me 2 kg cukru, nejl\u00e9pe t\u0159tinov\u00e9ho, kter\u00fd dod\u00e1 sirupu tmav\u0161\u00ed barvu a zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1me a\u017e na 85\u00b0C, ne\u017e se cukr rozpust\u00ed. P\u0159i zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b m\u00edch\u00e1me.Hotov\u00fd sirup pln\u00edme do \u010dist\u00fdch such\u00fdch lahv\u00ed, m\u016f\u017eeme je\u0161t\u011b na chvilku p\u0159eva\u0159it a nech\u00e1me v\u00a0poklidu vychladnout.Sirup m\u016f\u017eeme pod\u00e1vat ve vychlazen\u00fdch sklenic\u00edch s\u00a0ledem, zal\u00edt vodou a dozdobit citronem.\u00a0Sirup z\u00a0bezinkov\u00fdch kv\u011bt\u016fNa 2,5 l sirupu budeme pot\u0159ebovat asi 30 velk\u00fdch kv\u011btenstv\u00ed bezu, kter\u00e9 opereme pod tekouc\u00ed vodou a ujist\u00edme se, \u017ee jsme je zbavili ve\u0161ker\u00e9ho hmyzu. Sva\u0159\u00edme 2 l vody, kterou nech\u00e1me vychladnout, a kv\u011btenstv\u00ed do n\u00ed pono\u0159\u00edme. Cel\u00e9 to d\u00e1me louhovat op\u011bt asi na 24 hodin. M\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159idat tak\u00e9 jeden na pl\u00e1tky nakr\u00e1jen\u00fd citron, ale nen\u00ed to nutn\u00e9.N\u00e1sledn\u011b vodu slijeme p\u0159es pl\u00e1t\u00fdnko do hrnce a p\u0159id\u00e1me dle chuti p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 2 kg cukru, \u0161\u0165\u00e1vu ze \u010dty\u0159 citr\u00f3n\u016f a 2 l\u017e\u00edce kyseliny citr\u00f3nov\u00e9. Cel\u00fd sirup lehce zah\u0159ejeme a m\u00edch\u00e1me tak, aby se cukr dob\u0159e rozpustil. P\u0159\u00edpadnou b\u00edlou p\u011bnu na povrchu sesb\u00edr\u00e1me a sirup v takov\u00e9m stavu slijeme p\u0159es cedn\u00edk, do \u010dist\u00fdch sklenic. Na vr\u0161ek sirupu m\u016f\u017eeme k\u00e1pnout p\u00e1r kapek tvrd\u00e9ho alkoholu \u2013 vodky nebo slivovice. Uzav\u0159en\u00e9 sklenice sirupu skladujeme na chladn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b.\u00a0Bylinn\u00e9 \u010daje a sirupy jsou p\u0159irozen\u00fdmi l\u00e9\u010divy, kter\u00e9 bychom ov\u0161em nem\u011bli pou\u017e\u00edvat dlouhodob\u011b.
